My contribution
Since January 2024, I have been engaged as an independent consultant with the Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (MPBSDP), working within the Labour and Transportation I&IT Cluster (LTC). My work supports the ministry’s digital modernization initiatives across enterprise-scale web applications, including service delivery platforms and high-volume transactional systems serving a broad and diverse user base.
I contribute to the delivery of scalable, accessible, and user-centered interfaces, ensuring technical implementation aligns with evolving business requirements, government policies, and operational objectives.
Work environment
I operate within large, cross-functional teams composed of developers, UX designers, business analysts, and product stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced and highly dynamic, requiring strong adaptability and structured problem-solving.
